北京辅仁外国语大学1984年建立。2000年初，经北京市教育委员会批准，正式加入北京汇佳教育机构，成为一所正规的私立大学。 　　北京辅仁外国语大学在充分分享汇佳教育机构的丰厚的教育资源和海内外的广泛合作的基础上，计划五年内在校生达到两千名。学校要建成一个完整的、新型的图书馆体系，配备现代化的设备，配有国内精品系列图书和现代的信息网络，广泛使用因特网，激励创新，在友好竞争、师生的密切合作中，形成与国内外各界合作的知识市场，为辅仁外国语大学的学生寻找到一条优良的教育之路，以实现个人、国家、世界的需要。辅仁外国语大学将与现代化的汇佳学校、澳华学校连成一片，形成一个庞大的建筑群。校园建筑面积达20万平方米，占地600亩（约120英亩）。学校从国内外著名大学、科研机构和应用部门中择优选聘授课教师，学生采用学分制。“辅仁外大”正与西欧、北美、澳洲等地区的大学教育机构谋求合作，将各层次的高等教育延伸到国外，遵循国家法规开展高等教育的国际合作与交流，为学生享受现代化教育提供了可靠的保证。

Peking Fu Jen Foreign Studies University was first established in 1984. In January 2000, when it was officially incorporated into Beijing Huijia Education Organization and approved by the Education Commission of the Beijing Municipal Government, it has become a regular private university.

In sharing a good amount of resources with Huijia Education Organization and its wide-ranging cooperation with Chinese and overseas counterparts, the University will accommodate 2000 students in five years time. It is planned to build a new library that will have a large collection of valuable books and a state of the art information system. There will also be banks of PC’s available for teachers and students to use, to enable them to produce professional course work and to be able to access many electronic information resources. It will also be possible to use CD-ROM’s and nationally loaded databases, as well as access to the World Wide Web and the numerous other resources available via the internet. All that serves the objective of promoting competitiveness in a cooperative atmosphere among students and faculty so that this new “Fu Jen” will be able to stand on the forefront in opening up a new arena of knowledge marketing between Fu Jen and her counterparts at home and abroad.

Fu Jen Foreign Studies University will join up with modern Huijia Private School and China-Australia College, both of which are laid out in spacious quadrangles, dominated by a huge architectural complex. It constructed 200,000 square meters of floor space on 120 acres.
