Huijia
Vocational & Technical College, founded in February 1997,
was the first private college for vocational & technical education
to be approved by the Beijing Municipal Labor Force Bureau. Since
its establishment it has developed by leaps and bounds a totally
new concept. With an enrollment of 1045 students, the college
has offered them 10 specialties. In order to adapt its needs to
the serving of her students, seven teaching sites have been selected
by combining centralized management with decentralized teaching,
instruction, lecturing and doing its internship.
In
order to meet the need for talented artistic professionals in
the market and to keep up with the growth of the recreational
industry, the college has started the following seven specialties:

Marking of computer animation cartoons;
2. Marking or creating
Cartoon animation scenario;
3. Background Designing
for Cartoon Animation;
4. Computerized Game
Images making of Software for Animation;
5. Electronic publications
( Disc ) for different illustrations;
6. Computerized 2-dimensions
and the making of advertising;
7. Computer-web page
design and making
Once
a student enters the Huijia College he or she has to decide if
they wish to study at both colleges. For the first three years
students are expected to master the basic techniques for producing
computerized animation. By the end of the three years they are
issued a secondary vocational and technical diploma. Those who
wish to further their studies are encouraged to apply for creative
designing arts in order to achieve a tertiary level educational
diploma.
