Mr. Wang Jiajun used to be an educator for over 40 years. He became a principal of Haidian Teacher Training college for a long time. He knows well owe to develop education. The conflict between the old system of education and new requirements of the modern time today, Mr. Wang deeply understands that the purpose of school should educate students to be people to fit in today's new situation and have a creative motivation. Following the educational principle, he tries to break up the ice of old system of education. He tries to offer the most human resources, private tutoring, and teach students to get new information from abroad.

Mr. Gao Luduan was born in 1936 and graduated from the Beijing Foreign Language Institute. From 1959-1982 he was an Interpreter, Section Chief, and Deputy Division Chief of the Foreign Experts. In 1985, Mr. Gao was a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at the American University and then returned to the State Bureau of Foreign Experts, Since 1986 Mr.Gao has been a visiting Professor at the Huaihai Institute of Technology, Changzhou Industrial Technology College and Nanjing Normal University. From 1987 to 1997 he served as Deputy Secretary-General for the Chinese Education Association for International Exchange. Since the fall of 1997 he was been the Advisor to Beijing Huijia School.

Mr. Zheng Huaijie was born in 1935, After he passed an entrance examination to the university in 1953, he was mobilized to stay at school by the organization to do ordinary education work. He ever worked in Er Long Road middle school, No.7 Middle school, Luxun Middle school and west district teacher training college in Beijing, In these schools he worked as a teacher, head-teacher, head of the teaching and research group, deputy director of political education and school headmaster. He had been the member of Beijing teachers training Education Society. In 1995, he was given the title of " Advanced worker in education in Beijing", "Advance party affairs worker in west district" and " intimate friend of the youth". In 1996 , he was again given the title of "Model secretary of the Party in west district".
