Kells Academy is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is an international school that can admit overseas students. As a result of historical development, the school keeps up the characteristic of bilingual teaching in English and French. Kells academy has two school systems 11 year and 12 year students will have to take a two year preparatory course after graduation from the school and then enter universities of Quebec for undergraduate studies. For the latter, French is an elective, the students will enter universities of other provinces. The school attaches importance not only to the students studies, but also to the cultivation of their moral character. As a result, since 1970s, every year there have been large numbers of good students who are admitted to the universities of Canada after graduation.

Huijia school selects a group of students, who finish the 3-year course of high school in two years to study in Kells academy. The students' life in Canada will be arranged and managed by the windsor student service, which is a cooperative institution with Huijia school. The students have their lessons during school hours and return to the students' apartment houses, they are taken care of by the teacher of the students' service. This way of management ensures safety for the students.

Once a student gets the admission notification from a university or a preparatory course of a university, the student will be considered to have completed the course to study abroad which responsible by Huijia school.
